Refund & Return Policy

At Uchiha Store, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We believe in transparency and fairness. Below, you will find our detailed policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read this carefully before making a purchase.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy.

  • Timeline: You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered (as confirmed by the courier's tracking system) to request a return.

  • Late Requests: If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  1. Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  2. Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective).

  • Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons.

  • Gift Cards.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

3. The Return Process (Step-by-Step)

Important: Do not send your purchase back to the address on the shipping label or our administrative office. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Step 1: Contact Us

Email our support team at support@uchihastore.com within the 30-day window.

  • Subject: "Return Request - Order #"

  • Body: Please list the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. If the item is defective, please attach clear photos showing the issue.

Step 2: Authorization & RMA

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific Return Warehouse Address.

  • Note: Depending on your location and the product, the return address may be a distribution center in the USA or Asia.

Step 3: Shipping the Return

Pack the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Restocking Fees: We do generally not charge restocking fees. However, if a returned item is found to be used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 20% from the refund amount or reject the return entirely.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  2. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@uchihastore.com.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, email us at support@uchihastore.com.

  • Size Exchanges: If you ordered the wrong size, please follow the standard return process (Customer pays return shipping) and place a new order for the correct size.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order AND the order has not yet been processed.

  • After Shipping: Once an order has been processed or shipped (tracking number generated), it cannot be canceled. You must wait for the package to arrive and proceed with the standard Return Process.
